Performance Psychology

Neuroaffirming support for how you think, train, and perform under pressure — individually or as a team.

What Is Performance Psychology?

Performance psychology looks at the mental and emotional factors that shape how well you perform in high-stakes or high-demand areas of life. It draws on evidence-based techniques from sport and clinical psychology — things like goal-setting, mental rehearsal, focus training, and managing performance anxiety — and applies them to whatever “performance” means for you, whether that’s in the workplace, the classroom, the kitchen, on stage, the gym, or on the field.

For neurodivergent clients in particular, generic performance advice often misses the mark. Strategies built for neurotypical brains can overlook things like dopamine-driven motivation, executive function challenges, sensory considerations, and rejection sensitivity — all of which play a real role in how you show up and perform.

Individual Sessions & Team Workshops

We offer two ways to work with us, depending on what you need.

Individual sessions are one-on-one, tailored to how your brain works under pressure — whether you’re managing performance anxiety, building focus, or working toward a specific goal or event.

Team workshops are practical, group-based sessions we run for kitchens, studios, sporting teams, and organisations. They cover topics like managing performance anxiety, building sustainable motivation, focus and mental rehearsal techniques, and preventing burnout in high-performance environments — tailored to your team, industry, or specific performance context.
