Jessie is a provisional psychologist passionate about working with children, adolescents and young adults, particularly those who are neurodivergent. She brings a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed lens to her practice. Committed to creating a safe, collaborative space for clients, Jessie strives to make each individual she works with feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based practice. Jessie integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness, tailoring each intervention to the client’s unique needs and strengths. Jessie values the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for healing and growth.
She works collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic support, prioritising transparency, authenticity, and connection in her work.
Jessie is currently completing her final placement and thesis as part of her Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University. Her research explores trauma-informed interventions within forensic populations, reflecting her deep interest in supporting individuals impacted by complex life experiences.
Jessie will be available for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, walking her Rottweiler Charlie (pictured) and getting lost in a good book.
